Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Stir the quark, milk, mascarpone and powdered sugar into the cream.
  3. Now add the chocolate chips, remove a small part of the mixture, mix with the cocoa and set aside.
  4. Now first fill the dessert glasses with the base mixture, then put the darker cream on top and put them in a cool place.
