Instructions

  1. Pour off the peach juice and collect 1/4 l of the juice.
  2. Cut the peaches into small cubes. Puree half of it and set aside.
  3. Mix the pudding powder with a little peach juice and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Put the rest of the juice in a saucepan with the wine and heat it up. Pour in the mixed pudding powder while stirring, bring to the boil briefly and mix with the peach cubes. Stir in the rum. Pour into a bowl and cover airtight with cling film to prevent skin from forming. Let cool down completely.
  4. Whip the cream and add the vanilla sugar. Fold into the cold pudding and pour the mixture into 4 glasses. Then put the peach puree on top of the cream. Decorate with lemon balm or chocolate sprinkles as you like.
  5. We made this cream for Christmas and all the guests loved it.
