Pour the wine into a saucepan, add the preserving sugar and stir. Then mix in the lime juice. Bring the whole thing to the boil while stirring and let it cook for 5 minutes. Perform the gel test. Then immediately pour the liquid, hot jelly into clean jam jars, close tightly and turn upside down for about 15 minutes. Then turn it over and let it cool down. Slightly tastes like alcohol and wine, but is sweet!
