- First cut the onion into small pieces and sauté together with the diced ham, then add the spices and fry briefly on medium heat.
- Then put the mushrooms, which you clean and cut into slices, in the pan.
- Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- Then add the different types of cheese to the sauce and allow to melt, always stirring well.
- Finally add the chopped parsley and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then serve.
- Tastes perfect with fillet but also with sliced meat.
