Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into small pieces and sauté together with the diced ham, then add the spices and fry briefly on medium heat.
  2. Then put the mushrooms, which you clean and cut into slices, in the pan.
  3. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  4. Then add the different types of cheese to the sauce and allow to melt, always stirring well.
  5. Finally add the chopped parsley and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then serve.
  6. Tastes perfect with fillet but also with sliced meat.
