Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, about 2 cm thick, and then bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 25 to 30 minutes. Better to bake for a shorter time than too long - the bars stay nice and juicy.
Cut the plate into bars of approx. 3 cm x 6.5 cm and coat the bars with chocolate icing to taste. For orientation: With 50 bars this results in approx. 120 kcal per bar, with whole milk coating you get approx. 140 kcal.
Tip: You can freeze the bars between layers of baking paper and remove them individually if necessary.
