Heat the oil in the pan and bake one large or several small pancakes for each pan. Pour the dough into the pan in portions - not too thick. Top with chopped apple pieces. After a while, turn the pancakes over.
Serve golden brown and as hot as possible with maple syrup.
Instead of apples, you can also take wonderful blueberries or banana slices (children think that`s especially great). Or you bake the pancakes plain and serve with applesauce or plum sauce. The hearty version with bacon and / or cheese is also delicious.
