Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Knead for 1 to 2 minutes. The dough is not as firm as normal bread dough. But it has to be like that. The dough doesn`t have to rise.
Line an approx. 30 cm long loaf pan with baking paper and fill in the dough. I sprinkled some sunflower seeds and oatmeal on top. Place the pan in the cold oven on the middle rack and bake at 180 - 200 degrees for 60 minutes.
