This bread is very easy and quick to prepare. Mix all ingredients and 500 ml water in a bowl. Put parchment paper in a baking pan, pour in the batter and put the pan in the cold oven. Set this to 200 degrees top / bottom heat and bake the bread for 60 minutes.
Tips: To add variety to your bread, you can use nuts, flakes or granola instead of sunflower seeds. I keep the bread wrapped in baking paper and a tea towel. If you can`t or don`t want to eat the whole bread, you can freeze it in slices and defrost it if necessary.
