Knead a yeast dough out of the flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil and use it to lay out a round tart pan (springform pan) or a baking sheet. Let the dough rise in a warm place (15 minutes is enough).
In the meantime, mix the other ingredients into the sauce. Careful with the harissa! Brush the risen dough with the sauce and top with vegetables of the season and according to your own taste. If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
Bake at 180 degrees in a convection oven, baking time approx. 20-30 minutes depending on the oven.
