Instructions

  1. First, core the avocado, remove the pulp and dice. Put in a bowl. Also dice the feta and add. Mash both thoroughly with a fork and mix into a homogeneous mass. Season if necessary.
  2. Dice the chicken, sear it in the margarine, then add the spring onions cut into rings and let cook. Season to taste with salt and pepper, turn down to low heat and roast the pine nuts.
  3. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti.
  4. Serving tip: Spaghetti, a large dollop of avocado feta cream and the chicken as a topping on top.
