Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon and pat dry, remove large fins. Salt and pepper inside and out. Place 2 lemon wedges on a large piece of aluminum foil and 3-4 flakes of butter. Sprinkle the dill on top. Place the salmon on top and fill it with the same amount of lemon wedges, butter and dill. Cover the top in the same way. Wrap well in the aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 200 ° C, depending on the size. For a 1,600 kg salmon it took about 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Saffron noodles or rice and saffron sauce go well with it.
