  1. Pour warm water into the mixing bowl, crumble the yeast cube and stir with the whisk. Add the first 300 g of flour and stir with the dough hook. Add the second 200 g flour, the salt, the vinegar and the bread spices and mix everything together to form a light batter. Then stir in the kernels (I always roast half of them). Put the dough in a greased casserole and sprinkle with a few more seeds. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 50 - 60 minutes, depending on the oven. After about 5 - 10 minutes of baking time, I cut the bread a little at the top so that the pressure is better distributed and it doesn`t get crooked. Is made quickly, tastes great and stays fresh for a long time. Tip: You can also use all other types of flour. You can use all the seeds, or even dried tomatoes, peppers, etc. It also tastes very good with a tablespoon of Italian herbs and fried onions.
