For the pancake batter, mix the flour, eggs and milk into a smooth batter and season with a pinch of salt. Melt the butter in a hot pan and add a ladle of batter per pancake to the pan.
Bake the pancakes as usual. Before turning, add a handful of washed blueberries and heat them together. After baking the 4 pancakes, add the honey to the pan and caramelize with the rest of the berries.
Pour the caramelized blueberries over the prepared pancakes. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar just before serving.
