Soak cashew nuts in boiled water for about 2 hours.
After soaking, put the cashew nuts and the soaking water in a blender. Add the garlic clove, salt, pepper, paprika powder, nutmeg and, if necessary, a little vegetable stock and puree everything well. Depending on the desired consistency, add more water.
Stew the onions in a pan and add the cashew mixture. Heat the sauce only slightly. Add the dill, season to taste, add soy sauce if necessary.
Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to the package instructions and mix well with the sauce.
