Mix the spelled flour with the salt, yeast and grains. The amount of grains can be varied as you like, you can also add pumpkin seeds or other grains if necessary. A smooth dough is prepared with the lukewarm water, which is placed in a warm place to rest for 30 minutes.
Then knead the dough well again and then shape it into a loaf of bread. Personally, I like to bake it in a loaf pan, because it doesn`t dry out as much while baking and it`s easier to cut later.
The loaf of bread is now cooked in pieces and left to rise at approx. 35 ° C for 30 minutes in the oven. Then you bake the loaf of bread at approx. 200 ° C for another 50 minutes and a super delicious bread is ready.
