Dissolve the water with the yeast, honey, apple cider vinegar and salt in a large bowl. Add the grain mixture and flour and knead vigorously. Let rest for a few minutes. The dough does not need a longer rising time. Then add the melted butter and knead again.
Shape rolls and bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Do not preheat the oven. The rolls are ready when they sound hollow when you tap the underside with your finger.
