Put the oat flakes, butter and milk in a bowl and let soak for approx. 15 minutes. In the meantime, grate the carrots and cheese, chop the onion and parsley into small pieces.
After the swelling time, mix all the ingredients together and add the broth to taste.
Bake in a pan with heated olive oil in portions.
Children like that too. Tzaziki goes very well with it.
