Instructions

  1. Let the frozen fruit stand at room temperature for about 3 hours so that the shake or smoothie - or whatever you want to call the drink - doesn`t get too cold.
  2. Then simply put all the ingredients in a container and chop up with a hand blender, that`s it.
  3. It`s a low-fat and at the same time filling drink that I like to drink instead of breakfast.
