Instructions

  1. Prepare a batter from the ingredients for the base and bake in a 26 cm springform pan at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool down.
  2. Thaw the fruits and bring to the boil with the sugar. Mix the starch with a little water and use it to bind the forest fruits. A little fruit spirit can be added to taste.
  3. Place a cake ring around the base and distribute the fruit on the base. Let cool down.
  4. Place the Nutella glass in a warm water bath so that the Nutella becomes smooth to liquid. Whip the cream fine until stiff. Use cream stabilizer for cream. Add sugar here to taste, but not necessary due to the Nutella. Fold the Nutella spoon by spoon into the cream to create a marbling. So don`t stir too much. Put some Nutella aside for the final decoration.
  5. Put the chocolate cream on the forest fruits. Now dribble on a chocolate lattice with the rest of the Nutella. The Nutella can be a little lumpy so that different spots appear, not too evenly. If you like, you can sprinkle with hazelnut brittle. Now let the cake cool well and then enjoy!
