Mix the sour cream and milk with the lemon juice until smooth. Season to taste with pepper, salt and paprika powder.
Wash the wild garlic and rocket, pat dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on the plate.
Peel and roughly grate the carrot. Wash and thinly slice the radishes and thinly slice the onion. Dice or roughly grate the cheese and arrange everything on the salad. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad.
Lightly roast the sesame seeds in a pan and use them to refine the salad.
