Instructions

  1. Chop the wild garlic and fry gently in the butter. Add the cream and simmer a little, then puree this mixture in the mixer. Return to the saucepan and pour (preferably with frothed) hot milk. Boil up again very briefly, stir and season to taste with pepper, salt, nutmeg and, if necessary, a little lemon juice. Quite simple, but great!
