Instructions

  1. Cut the rolled out puff pastry into approx. 15 x 15 cm squares (makes approx. 6 pieces). Cut the ham a little smaller and place one piece on a puff pastry square. Add a piece of feta cheese. Cut the wild garlic into approx. 1 cm pieces and sprinkle on the feta. Season with a pinch of pepper. Fold the puff pastry squares together (either in the shape of a stick or a croissant), seal the edges well so that the filling does not run out during baking.
  2. Place the bags on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush all over with the egg yolk.
  3. Sprinkle the top with caraway seeds (or paprika powder or a little coarse salt).
  4. Let the bags rest on the baking sheet for 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for 10 - 13 minutes.
