Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and boil in water with lemon and a piece of butter.
  2. Make a smooth, thin pancake batter from flour, milk, eggs and a dash of sparkling water (the information is not to be taken too seriously, because I always do it without measuring)! Finally stir in the wild garlic pesto, the dough can already have a strong green color!
  3. Make a thick sauce from the egg, a little pepper, salt, the herbs, the cream cheese and the cream or milk.
  4. Strain off the asparagus and set aside!
  5. Bake the pancakes in butter!
  6. Spread the sauce on each pancake, put ham on top, asparagus on top and then some cocktail tomatoes (quarter them beforehand), sprinkle with cheese and wrap.
  7. Process all pancakes like this, place in a baking dish, sprinkle with the rest of the sauce, the remaining tomatoes and some cheese and bake in the oven at approx. 200 ° for a few minutes! Take it out and enjoy!
  8. A nice, green spring salad tastes good with it.
