- That`s how I always make my wild garlic pesto. It doesn`t last very long with us because it tastes so delicious.
- Chop the wild garlic in a blender. Add the pecorino and almonds and enough oil to make a pesto. Season to taste with salt. Mixing.
- For wild garlic pesto I prefer tasteless oil.
- Pour the pesto into clean glasses, cover with a layer of oil so that it is airtight.
