Mix the quark well with a little milk and olive oil, add salt, pepper and chili powder, stir until smooth and season to taste. Careful addition to chilli! Finally, mix in the finely chopped / chopped onion, wild garlic leaves and parsley.
Suggestion: maybe stir in some wheat or oat bran to aid digestion. Pellet or baked potatoes or just bread go well with it.
