Put some oil in a pan, wash the fresh, coarsely chopped wild garlic well and fry until the leaves turn darker. Cut the feta into cubes (approx. 2 cm cubes) and fry briefly. Season everything with salt (a little!) And pepper, place on the puff pastry and roll up (very good with organic spelled puff pastry).
Bake for around 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top - bottom heat).
Tastes best with herbal sauce. I also like to make the dish for a picnic, as the strudel tastes great even when it`s cold.
