For the base, quickly knead the flour with the egg, the butter cubes and two strong pinches of salt to form a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
For the topping, wash the wild garlic and shake dry, then cut into fine strips. Beat the cream cheese one after the other with the eggs and the cream until smooth. Finely dice the ham. Stir into the mixture with the wild garlic. Season with salt and pepper vigorously.
Grease a large spring or tart tin. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured work surface. Pour into the form and pull up one edge. Prick several times with a fork. Spread the wild garlic mixture on top. Bake for about 30 minutes.
