Instructions

  1. Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, finely dice the onion, cut the peppers into fine strips and cut the mushrooms into leaves.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. First fry the onions in it, then add peppers and mushrooms and fry with them. Add the wild garlic and season with salt and pepper. Now add the cream and let everything simmer until the sauce thickens a little.
  3. Roast the pine nuts in a small pan without fat - be careful, they will brown quickly!
  4. Put the spaghetti in the pan with the sauce and mix everything well, then season again with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and freshly grated Parmesan and serve.
