Instructions

  1. Thoroughly clean 2 bottles for 500 ml content and rinse with hot water. Add the washed and dried wild garlic leaves. Top up with the vinegar until the leaves are covered. Cap the bottles and let them steep for at least 1 week in a dry, cool, dark place.
  2. Goes well with all leaf salads and for seasoning sauces.
