First cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Then mix the tomato paste with lukewarm water and add the yeast and mix. Put the flour in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and finally the water-tomato mixture.
Process everything into a yeast dough and let rise in a warm place covered for 30 minutes, or until the dough has doubled. Knead the dough again, form 2 loaves of bread and brush with water and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 45 to 60 minutes.
The recipe makes 2 loaves of around 750g each and can be baked in the form, but also without. I really enjoy making the recipe as described above because it`s quick and easy.
