Instructions

  1. Beat all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until they boil. Let cool down while still beating.
  2. On cold winter days, I save this step and we just spoon the chaudeau sauce warm.
  3. Goes well with biscuits, steamed noodles and bread dishes.
  4. Tip: If there are children with you, you can also have apple juice instead of wine.
