Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and wrap the dough in foil for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Peel the apples and cut into wedges. Melt the butter, mix with a little sugar, cinnamon and the ground nuts.
  3. Roll out the dough and place in the greased dish. Pre-bake at 190 ° C (top and bottom heat) for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough with apple wedges and sprinkle with raisins. Roughly grate the marzipan, distribute it with the nut mixture and sprinkle with the almond flakes. Bake for 20 minutes, then spread a few spoons of crème fraîche on the tart and bake for another 10 minutes, possibly covered with aluminum foil.
