Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients, apart from the powdered sugar, form small balls and bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 15 minutes until the balls are light brown.
Mix the powdered sugar with desiccated coconut and roll the hot balls in it, then let cool.
