Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked cranberries. Roughly grate the pear with the skin. Mix both with all the other ingredients.
  2. Note: Rye sprouts can easily be grown from organic rye grains yourself. To do this, soak the rye for 12 hours and then allow it to germinate for 3 - 4 days. Rinse the germs thoroughly twice a day. I prefer to use germination jars for germination.
  3. Rye sprouts taste only slightly sweet and have a nice bite.
