The milk is first brought to the boil, during which the chocolate is broken into pieces and poured into the cups. Depending on your taste or what is available, add either a teaspoon of cocoa powder, a few chocolate shavings or 1 piece of milk chocolate to the cup.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of vanilla powder and then fill the cup with the boiling milk.
For those with a sweet tooth, I can recommend a whipped cream on top, for adults a shot of rum or egg liqueur.
