Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Season the milk with a pinch of salt, then with the cinnamon sugar and slowly bring to the boil on the stove. After boiling, remove quickly from the hotplate.
Add the semolina and put back on the hob. Stir constantly until it comes to the boil again. After boiling, remove from the hob, stir in the oatmeal and add the raisins, the rum aroma and the lemon juice. Stir in the butter and let the semolina swell for 3 minutes.
Cut the bananas into small cubes and stir in. Fill into dessert bowls and pour 1 teaspoon of honey over the dessert.
