  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of Winter Dream fruit tea mixture (I always buy it openly in the tea shop) into a tea filter, pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 10 minutes. Pour apple juice, grape juice, orange juice, tea and honey into a tall saucepan and heat to 70 ° C with the sliced vanilla pod, cinnamon stick, star anise and mulled wine spice. Let the punch stand on the stove for about 10 minutes on a low heat, it should never boil. In the meantime, cut the untreated lime and orange into thin slices and then into quarters. Wash and peel the sprayed citrus fruits well beforehand. Take the saucepan off the stove and remove the pickled spices. Now add the lime and orange quarters to the punch and refine with a little cardamom if you like. The perfect hot drink for cold winter days.
