Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic, wash and pluck the parsley. Finely chop both and stir into the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix vinegar with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar, whip in the oil.
  3. Clean and wash the radicchio and cut into wedges. Clean the lamb`s lettuce, wash it thoroughly and let it drain. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
  4. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the salads, tomatoes and nuts and arrange on serving plates. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Shape the cheese cream into balls with 2 moistened teaspoons and add to the salad.
  5. Garnish with lemon.
