Put the broccoli in boiling salted water and blanch for 1-2 minutes. Scare off.
Also cook the kritharaki in salted water until it is firm to the bite, also quench.
Mix the oil, vinegar, mustard and basil. Add the kritharaki, then broccoli and beans. Mix very carefully, add salt and pepper if necessary and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
