Lay the bacon on a plate with kitchen paper and cook it until crispy in the microwave (it is best to check it every now and then and let it brown as you like - alternatively, the bacon can of course also be fried in a pan until crispy - then cut or break .
Roughly chop the walnuts (it is best to put them in a plastic bag and hit them with a mug or something similar). Cut the pears, remove the casing and cut into small pieces. Wash the rocket.
For the sauce, the balsamic vinegar is mixed well with the olive oil, sour cream and raspberry jam and seasoned with salt.
Now mix the pasta with the rocket, walnuts, pieces of bacon, pieces of pear and the sauce (the sauce may have to be re-produced so that everything is well enclosed). Let everything go well and sprinkle with the parmesan slicer.
