Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas and pears into pieces and place in the blender or in a container to puree. Press the oranges and add the resulting juice. If you like, you can also add a persimmon, but bear in mind that it can be a bit hard and may remain in pieces.
  2. Mix or puree the fruits until everything is very smooth. If necessary, add a dash of milk or a mug of natural yoghurt if you like the smoothie creamier.
  3. This delicious smoothie should give you a new boost of energy on cold winter days and is also wonderfully suitable for processing very ripe fruit.
