Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut crosswise on the stalk and stew in salted water for about five minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Soak the meat in the dark soy sauce. Dice the onion and peppers, finely dice the garlic, wash the parsley and cut into small pieces.
Heat the oil in the wok, sear the meat on all sides, remove from the wok. Then sauté the onion in a wok (add a little more oil if necessary) until translucent, add the diced pepper and fry for a few minutes. Turn down the heat a little and add the steamed Brussels sprouts. Simmer for another five minutes, then add the garlic. Finally, add the meat to the wok again for 3 - 4 minutes.
