Mix the quark with the orange liqueur and the small pinch of salt until smooth. Put some of the strawberries aside to decorate, cut the rest into not too small pieces and fold them into the quark. Let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Lift through again before serving so that the strawberry juice that has leaked out in the meantime is evenly distributed in the quark. Quarter the retained strawberries and decorate each portion.
