Instructions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds without fat until they are fragrant. Put aside.
  2. Peel the asparagus and cut across into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices, leaving the heads in one piece. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan and fry the asparagus in it, stirring occasionally, until it is brownish. Add the garlic and fry. Sprinkle with sugar and let it caramelize. Deglaze with broth, add the wok noodles and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly (observe the manufacturer`s instructions!). Season with soy sauce and sesame oil and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
  4. Sufficient for 2 servings as a side dish or 1 main course.
