1. Toast the sesame seeds in a hot wok without oil. Remove when lightly toasted. Put aside.
2. Sweat the ginger and garlic in hot oil. Add the green beans and fry until almost cooked. Then add the bean sprouts and red pepper and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
4. Add the sauce mixture and let it boil down. Serve.
