• 200 ml syrup, (woodruff syrup)
• 50 ml lime juice
• 100 ml orange liqueur, (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
• 1 bottle sparkling wine or Prosecco, dry

For the set:

• Raspberries
• Mint, fresh

Instructions

1. Dissolve the woodruff syrup in 500 ml of cold water and mix with the lime juice and orange liqueur and distribute between 10 champagne glasses, top up with cold champagne or prosecco.
2. To garnish, stick raspberries and mint leaves on wooden sticks and place in the glass.
