Lightly sauté the onion cubes in butter, cut the jellyfish into small pieces, dice the pickled cucumbers.
Beat the roulades thinly and brush each with a tablespoon of mustard. Spread the pickles, Wammerl and onions on top. Salt and pepper, then roll up and pin.
Dust the roulades with paprika powder and fry them on all sides in a large saucepan in a little heated oil. Then add enough water to cover the roulades. Add the bay leaf and stew for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Finally add the beaker of cream and season again with salt and pepper if necessary.
This goes best with mashed potatoes or pasta.
I`ve tried a few roulade recipes, but this simple one is by far the BEST!
