Instructions

  1. For the filling with 2 teaspoons, place small dots of Nutella on baking paper and let freeze in the freezer. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. For the dough, melt the chocolate over a hot water bath. Melt the butter too. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, stir in the flour, then the butter and finally the chocolate. (The dough on its own is so delicious that my kids lick the bowl clinically clean.)
  3. Put 2 paper cuffs for muffins into each other in the muffin tin. Pour in some batter and place the Nutella dots on top. The filling has to be frozen in the dough so that the core stays nice and soft! Cover with chocolate batter and bake for 15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve lukewarm.
  4. It`s faster if you use a Ferrero Rocher for each filling!
