• 10 g iner, fresher

Instructions

1. Finely dice the onion and pepper. Sauté in olive oil.
2. Peel the ginger, grate it finely and steam it together with the curry powder. Deglaze with cola and bring to the boil. Let simmer until the cola is reduced to about half.
3. Add the tomatoes, heat and season with salt and a pinch of sugar.
