• 1 kg peach (s), pitted
• 2 sachets vanilla flavor (finesse bourbon vanilla)
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
• 3 sprigs thyme
• 1 packet preserving sugar (2: )

Instructions

1. Cut the peaches into small pieces, place in a large saucepan with the lemon juice, vanilla and thyme (without branches) and puree thoroughly. Then stir in the preserving sugar and cook the jam according to the instructions on the package.
2. Pour into the prepared glasses. Tastes great on bread, in yoghurt or just plain.
